Shipping & FAQs

 
We are a wholesale business and retail (coming soon).
 
All products are displayed in Australian dollars and all transactions are charged in Australian dollars.  Each order must reach a minimum of $100.00 (ex. GST).

All wholesale products displayed are already costed at required order number e.g. "Product name x number". The price shown is for the full number of products.
All orders for catalogue items are dispatched within seven to 10 business days upon the receipt of payment. 
 
Shipping and Delivery Policy:
Exact shipping costs are calculated and added to the order total before checkout or at checkout. You can choose from standard or express. All shipping is trackable.
 
Australia: we deliver products using Australia Post. 
 
International: for all non-Australian orders, international shipping will be sent with Australia Post and handed over to the local postal carrier.
 
Refund policy:
Please choose carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.  You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
 
Security Policy:
When purchasing from That's Accurate, card details are transmitted through a secure payment gateways like paypal.  Card data is not hosted by That's Accurate after processing.
